Let's find your dream home

"“I AM NEVER CHANGING REAL ESTATE AGENTS AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE WITH THEM, AND IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN AMAZING AGENT, LOOK NO FURTHER.” We had a long and complex process due to market changes between April and December 2023, but this team supported us the entire way with professionalism and human kindness. I am never changing real estate agents after this experience with them, and if you are looking for an amazing agent, look no further. These guys REALLY delivered for us."

"“HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY SORT OF REAL ESTATE NEEDS.” Min and Jason provided exceptional service. They understood our priorities and gave us sound advice as needed. Highly recommend them for any sort of real estate needs."

"I can’t say enough great things about my experience working with Jason. From helping me find my first rental in Toronto in 2015 to the next 4 places that followed, Jason truly listened and took the time to understand what was important to me. It can be next to impossible to find an agent who truly treats rentals as valuable business but Jason never made me feel like a rental wasn’t worth his time. It goes without saying that I would never consider renting, buying or selling without partnering with Jason. If you are looking for an agent you can trust with the confidence they will always put you first then there is no one else you should turn to. Thanks for everything Jason and can’t wait for our next housing experience together."

"Jason is the most sincere and genuinely hard working agent. Jason has been helping our family for the last 6 years for buying and selling our home, as well as any reals estate advice I seek for. He will give his 100% in everything you ask for and I can guarantee that you won’t regret working with him. Thank you Jason and his team for continuously providing top notch service!"

"“HE IS VERY RESOURCEFUL AND BEST OF ALL LOOKS OUT FOR HIS CLIENTS INTERESTS.” Jason is a passionate and hard-working realtor. We sold our existing home and purchased a new one with him. During the sale of our home, a buyer put in an offer then tried to escape the agreement using absurd reasoning from the status certificate. At this moment Jason was quick to speak to my neighbours and property management regarding the rule and found out it was never strictly enforced. He relayed this information to the buyer but they still canceled the agreement on us. Jason did his absolute best to save the deal. Fortunately, the day after we secured another deal and set a flexible closing date. The purchase of our new home was a lot more challenging than expected. And knowing this, Jason was very flexible in making appointments last minute so that we can go see homes swiftly during this crazy market. He was able to accommodate all of our requests despite his busy schedule. I can say he went above and beyond for us. I made a joke that it may take looking at more than 100 homes until we find the right one and he was willing to go through that! Thankfully it took less than that and we won our new home in a multiple offer situation. Jason was patient with us in finding the family home we had envisioned. He is very resourceful and best of all looks out for his clients interests. Communication is also superb and I can vouch that he made the whole process much easier with his knowledge of the market. Our family truly thanks you for your undivided attention, positivity, and patience Jason!"

"Jason is simply awesome! He helped us buy our first home and I am more than satisfied by his service. He and his team goes above and beyond to find you what you want. He is also great with going at your pace and never rushes you..wil totally recommend"

"If you’re looking for an honest and professional realtor, then Jason Hong is the guy. He helped us buy our first home and made our journey nice and easy. He is not only professional but personable as well. He takes his job seriously and does all the required research to help find that perfect home for his clients. Highly recommend Jason Hong and his team!"

"My search for a genuine and professional real estate agent ended with Jason. He will somehow prioritize your questions/requests in his already busy schedule. Highly recommend for any real estate needs."

"Had the absolute utmost pleasure working with Kevin Van, he has been extremely accommodating, professional, and honestly a little too good at his job. He has made finding a new home easy and seamless. He always responds and takes the time to explain everything! He is super friendly, courtesy, and always available to help!"

"Jason and his team has provided us an exceptional customer service throughout our home buying process. As a first time home buyer they really made every steps easier for us so we can find our dream home. We are so lucky that we got such a knowledgeable person as our realtor. Jason, Kevin and Min, keep up your good work !!!........Amit & Nabonita."

"“I’M SO GRATEFUL TO HAVE HAD KEVIN AS MY AGENT TO BUY MY FIRST HOME.” I’m so grateful to have had Kevin as my agent to buy my first home. I truly appreciate the amount of patience, knowledge and resources he has provided during my whole house hunting process."

"It has been a pleasure to work with Jason and his team. He is fast yet patient, listens to the requirements attentively and makes wonderful suggestions. We have and will definitely refer him to our friends and family."

"As a first home buyer, my partner and I did not know much about what to look for in a house but also did not have many experiences dealing with realtors. Then, we met Jason through referral for the first time. From the first meeting, Jason was able to show us that he is very professional, knowledgable, but also friendly and very open to receive our feedback and willing to put our needs & wants first with his thoughtful input. With our first offer, we were able to purchase our first house within a month of searches, which happened very fast! We appreciate his efforts especially when we went through the process of putting an offer for the first time. His years of experience came into play to figure out what our offer should be, which, in the end, brought us good result! We’d love to work with him again in the future, and would gladly introduce him to any people I know."

"“JASON AND KEVIN WERE TRULY EXCEPTIONAL. WHEN I AM LOOKING TO BUY/SELL AGAIN, I WILL NOT HESITATE TO CALL JASON AND KEVIN. " Jason and Kevin were truly exceptional. I was impressed with their level of knowledge and the amount of data they had about the market. They were ALWAYS available for home tours. Their responsiveness were incredible. They also had tremendous knowledge about the house starting from furnace, wires, woods and anything you can name. Their promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made our purchase process simple. I’ve already recommended them to two of my good friends. When I am looking to buy/sell again, I will not hesitate to call Jason and Kevin."

"“THANK YOU VERY MUCH, JASON!” After having a brilliant experience finding a rental property with Jason two years ago, I had no hesitation working with him once again to purchase a new home; and I am glad that I have made the right decision. I could never thank and praise Jason enough for what he has done for me and my family. He is a true professional who is very hard working and knowledgeable. He provided us with honest opinions and gave us earnest advice so that we could make the right choice. With the limited time we had, Jason was flexible to work around our schedule to accommodate us as best as he could. Even when we had to leave Ontario for 3 weeks, he checked for new listings that might interest us many times every single day and updated us; for some properties, he even visited them himself to check them out, took pictures, and sent them to us. Whenever we came up with a question and would shoot Jason a text message or an email, he got back to us right away. In addition, Jason managed to bring the purchase price down by a lot after going through heated negotiations with the sellers. He sincerely cares for his clients and he made us feel as if we were his only client. It is very challenging to describe everything that Jason has done for us in such a short testimonial. I was very fortunate to be Jason’s client, and I would definitely contact him again if I have any real estate needs in the future. I highly recommend Jason, and I believe me, you will be impressed."

"I don’t usually write reviews but when I do they are incredibly deserved. Jason and Kevin (and their team) did an incredible job helping us find our new home. They were readily available (day and night) to respond with any questions and concerns we had, which was amazing. They made what would usually be a stressful process enjoyable and ensured us that we would find the perfect home! They were flexible with my spouse and I’s busy work schedules and made sure that we were able to view listings at times that worked with us. Our expectations were not only met, but we’re surpassed by a mile! I would recommend Jason and Kevin in a heart beat, and when the time comes to move, whether it be renting, buying or selling- they will always have our business! 10/10, thank you for the great customer service!"

"“AS A FIRST TIME HOME BUYER, IT WAS A DREAM TO HAVE JASON AS MY AGENT!” He is extremely knowledgeable, considerate, very responsive, reliable and patient. Because of this, I was able to trust Jason entirely during the whole process of searching for the perfect first home. I am very satisfied and happy with my recent purchase and would very much recommend Jason to my family and friends."

"“I WOULD RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES TO ANYONE LOOKING TO PURCHASE A FIRST OR SUBSEQUENT HOME. WELL DONE!” I was looking for property in the Yonge corridor between Finch Ave. and Sheppard Ave., and was referred to Mr. Hong. He was extremely knowledgeable in the area I was concentrating on, always answered the phone when I called, and responded to inquiries with speed and accuracy. When it came time to negotiate the selling price, Mr. Hong set reasonable expectations and worked tirelessly to get to the range I was comfortable with."

"“JASON AND HIS TEAM HAS PROVIDED US AN EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGHOUT OUR HOME BUYING PROCESS. " As a first time home buyer they really made every steps easier for us so we can find our dream home. We are so lucky that we got such a knowledgeable person as our realtor. Jason, Kevin and Min, keep up your good work!"

"“HE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND FOUND THE RIGHT PLACE THAT I WANTED TO TAKE. HIS ADVISE WAS AMAZING AND RELIABLE. " Jason helped me rent my current unit during the Covid. I was out of town and we talked time to time to review the properties. He was very responsive and found the right place that I wanted to take. His advise was amazing and reliable. With his advise, I was able to rent the unit within my budget. Now my friend and I need to find the place to move in together, and came back to Jason and his team. Kevin has been providing us excellent service throughout the process, especially he organizes all viewing schedules that work out for both of us and responds to our inquires very well. Thank Jason and his team!"

"Excellent service provided by Kevin, Jason and the team. They are very helpful on communicating and coordinating with a lot of parties and being very professional as a realtor. Also, the whole team are highly responsive especially when we have different questions or issues needed to be addressed. They have made the first time home buyer like us have far less stress from the beginning until the closing."

"Jason and Kevin are an amazing team! My partner and I recently worked with them to successfully buy our first home. 🏠❤️🙌 They were truly dedicated to making what could be a stressful process into a smooth one. We really appreciated their professionalism & level of transparency throughout. They never kept us guessing or waiting, and comfortable with the decisions we’re making. For such an important decision as buying our first home, the opportunity to work with a team we could really trust and depend on was a huge blessing. We would happily recommend the JH team to friends & family, and any other home buyers out there. Jason and Kevin, thanks again and we look forward to working with you again in the future!"

"Jason has been nothing short of extraordinary! As first-time home buyers we did not know anything about the housing market but Jason put our minds at ease and helped us through this extremely overwhelming time. He walked us through each step and explained every single detail. Jason takes his time to get to know his clients as well as their needs and wants in a new home. He asked questions and built a profile on the type of home we were looking for making the viewing/ selection process a lot easier and smoother. Jason is knowledgeable, patient, understanding and works around your schedule to the best of his abilities. He provides great insight and experience along with detailed market analysis to help us understand price points and values. Jason went above and beyond by personalizing our home buying experience by sending videos and check ins. When we couldn’t view a home, he would take it upon himself to go see it and make detailed walk-through videos noting all the key pros/cons of the property which highlighted his attention to detail. I definitely will recommend Jason to anyone who is looking to purchase a new home as I look forward to working with him again in the future.

"Jason helped me sell my property in the Beaches which took place during the Covid pandemic. Through this journey Jason went well above the typical requirements of a real estate agent and was truly an invaluable partner and advisor to me and my family. Jason did an excellent job of adjusting to the new challenges presented by the pandemic including hosting virtual open houses, setting up Covid safety protocols in our townhouse and giving us excellent recommendations on pricing and ultimately negotiating with buyers. There were some unexpected issues that had arisen with the unit where the property management ultimately got involved. Jason helped to mediate the discussions while providing guidance and enabled us to consult with a real estate lawyer as well. This support was crucial for us to make the right decisions and was big a stress reliever for us. I would highly recommend Jason if you’re looking to sell or buy a home. He has a very strong knowledge of the real estate market and regulations and will go well above and beyond what’s required of him as a partner for you and your family."

"My wife and I were in urgent need of finding a place to move in. And we are so thankful to have Jason as our agent because he made all the process stress free. This was our first time renting a condo and his guidance through the process was extremely helpful. We found Jason to be honest, diligent and friendly yet professional with strong work ethics. His responsiveness via phone and email exceeded our expectations. On top of all that, we were very impressed how much he cares for his client’s needs. We are very happy with our new place and I have no hesitation in recommending Jason to anyone who is looking for an agent who genuinely cares about his clients."

"If you’re looking for an agent to find the right home then Jason Hong is the guy . He listens to what you’re looking for and works his magic in finding that perfect home. He is very detail-oriented and precise. Jason is honest and if he is not sure of something, he is quick at getting back to you with an answer. He knows what he’s talking about and does his job well. We would recommend Jason to anyone and everyone! Jason you are awesome! Thank you for all the hard work and time you’ve put in finding our beautiful home for our family."

"Jason has now helped my girlfriend and I with two houses now and we are so grateful for everything he has done and will continue to do for us in the future as we wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. His understanding of our wants and needs, professionalism and constant communication during the house hunting is his strongest attribute and I would recommend anyone to use him. We have referred multiple of ours friends to him in the past and will continue to do so. Thanks again for everything Jason!"

"Jason was a referral from my friend and I’m satisfied. It was very quick purchase and I was a first home buyer. So Jason helped me a lot during the process, for example, things to consider for choosing property, comparing properties, offer process, and so on. He also provided good advices during negotiation, so 1) I was able to purchase the property I want 2) I purchased it on right price. I think those 2 things are all you can get from a realtor. I will definitely continue to work with him for next move, and recommend him to others if they are looking for an agent."

"Jason was actually a referral from a good friend of ours and we are so happy to have chosen him as our realtor. As first time home buyers, we came in knowing nothing about buying a home. Jason was patient with telling us all we needed to know (had to repeat it quite a few times during the process) and made sure everything ran smoothly. As first time home buyers, we were sending him listings we wanted to view everyday and he always made sure we saw them as soon as possible. Not only that, he was always honest with his opinion of the homes as well. When we finally decided to make an offer (the first and last offer, thanks to Jason) he taught us step by step what to do and gave us his expert advice which eventually landed us our dream home. Jason was an absolute pleasure to work with and we can’t thank him enough for everything. Alex and i will definitely continue to work with Jason in the future!!"

"Hanna and I cannot thank Jason enough for everything he’s done. We were in a particular situation where we had to first sell our property and then look for a new one – within a very short amount of time due to the nature of my job. We already knew that Jason was more than capable of handling our situation, but when the push came to shove Jason went well above and beyond our expectation and imagination. He is the definition of “two more steps.” Our condo was sold within 3 days. 3 days! The market average was 30+ days. As soon as the property was sold Jason started his research and found multiple properties within our parameters and requirements. We are delighted to say that we are a new homeowner thanks to him, and everything done well within our time restriction. Jason constantly informs, communicates, suggests and advises. He recognizes that your time is valuable and makes sure that he is ready before any engagement. What we were particularly surprised was that Jason picked up on even the smallest detail, even things that we mentioned on a whim, or even those we do not even remember mentioning to him, which in the end result helped us find the perfect place. To those that do not just want a realtor, but a realtor who fights for you as if he is doing it for his own property, Hanna and I are absolutely confident that Jason is your guy."

"“MY SEARCH FOR A GENUINE AND PROFESSIONAL REAL ESTATE AGENT ENDED WITH JASON. " He will somehow prioritize your questions/requests in he’s already busy schedule. Highly recommend for any real estate needs."

"“WHY WOULD YOU GO ANYWHERE ELSE WHEN YOU KNOW YOU HAVE THE BEST HERE.” Our endless searching for the right home in the market like this wasn’t an easy journey. It was rather stressful in most cases and we were about to give up. However, Jason was the one that helped us overcome, and made this long and boring process more pleasant experience. In the past, we worked with many different agents, but once we found Jason, we didn’t look back. He’s a trustworthy agent. He was honest, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Whenever we had a question, he was right there with an answer. His advices were informative and helped us make right decisions. With his guidance, we found the house we love, and we could land a deal. His negotiating skill was impressive during this process, and we were happy with his service. I would definitely refer him to anyone who’s about to buy or sell their home."

"“I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND JASON AND IF I WERE GOING TO BUY ANOTHER, DEFINITELY WILL GO WITH JASON AGAIN” We were so fortunate to have Jason as our real estate agent. We were first-time home buyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right house in right place, especially in this extremely competitive and crazy market. Thanks to his efforts and knowledge, we were able to find our dream home in our price range within a month! Throughout the entire process, he was professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy, and when it came time to put an offer in, he was able to expertly negotiate and get us a very good deal in such a seller’s market. I would strongly recommend Jason and if I were going to buy another, definitely will go with Jason again."

"“PROVIDED GOOD ADVICES DURING NEGOTIATION” Jason has been nothing short of extraordinary! As first-time home buyers, we did not know anything about the housing market but Jason put our minds at ease and helped us through this extremely overwhelming time. He walked us through each step and explained every single detail. Jason takes his time to get to know his clients as well as their needs and wants in a new home. I definitely will recommend Jason to anyone who is looking to purchase a new home as I look forward to working with him again in the future."

"“JASON HAS PROVIDED US WITH EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE, ADVICE, AND MADE THE EXPERIENCE SMOOTH, PROVIDING US WITH A PEACE OF MIND.” This is our 3rd time working with Jason as our realtor. Each time during the purchase and also sale happening concurrently, Jason has provided us with exceptional service, advice, and made the experience smooth, providing us with a peace of mind. His expertise and knowledge as a realtor was very valuable from listing our home to buying our new home. He always came prepared to each showing and provided insights that we never even considered when choosing our new home. He was very thorough with helping us prepare for the sale of our home and provided us with top notch marketing that I believe was the reason our home sold so quickly!"

"“WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND JASON HONG FOR FINDING YOUR DREAM HOME!” There are lots of real estate agents in today’s market. That is why it is important, especially for first home buyers, like us, to have an agent not only professional but also knowledgeable and caring. If you have been looking for an agent who can be your trustworthy partner in your nerve-wrecking but exciting home purchase journey, you’ve just found one. We highly recommend Jason Hong for finding your dream home! - Jeongeun Lee and Hyeongcheol Kim"

"“JASON’S MARKET ANALYSIS PROVIDES HIS CLIENTS WITH A HOLISTIC OVERVIEW OF RECENT REAL ESTATE MARKET TRENDS.” We had the pleasure of working with Jason for a number of years. Recently, we were thrilled to sell our current home higher than our initial expectations – only in 2 days. Moreover, we were able to find a lovely home in our desired location at a great price. Jason’s market analysis provides his clients with a holistic overview of recent real estate market trends. This analysis allows his clients to understand the different factors impacting the price of a home and enter the market with a reasonable bid/ask price range. I found this process to be extremely helpful during our recent sale and purchase transactions. Furthermore, Jason understands that buying and selling homes can be an overwhelming experience for many of his clients. He does his best to simplify this process by offering contacts of qualified contractors/interior designers/cleaning services/furniture stores – only at the request of his clients. I had the chance to work with his contacts recently and can confirm that the experience was very positive. Lastly, Jason is a deal maker and an utmost fiduciary for his clients. Whether it’s running door-to-door on a rainy day to promote an upcoming open house listing or pointing out flaws that are less obvious to first-time buyers, Jason works tirelessly to ensure that his clients get the best price for the right home of their choice. I recommend Jason to anyone out there looking for a personable agent with strong market knowledge and work ethic."

Within 2-3 months, he reviewed every single house base on my criteria, then discuss, advise and adjust our search, eventually he helped me find my dream home with my price range. He is very friendly with a great personality. He thinks exactly from his clients point of view, makes his client great satisfaction. "“JASON HONG IS AN AMAZING REAL ESTATE BROKER!” I was in the market of buying a new condo and was referred to Jason by a mutual friend. I can’t begin to express my extreme pleasure with his services! I hadn’t bought property in a while so the process was a bit daunting. Jason however was nothing but wonderful! He took the time to answer all my questions in a clear, precise and highly professional manner. Once I found my “dream home” Jason worked tirelessly and well into the evening negotiating with the sellers to get me the best price possible. I would highly recommend Jason to anybody who is looking for a realtor who will work hard to make your dreams of home ownership a reality!"

"This time, I purchased a beautiful townhouse after being recommended by Realtor Jason Hong through an acquaintance. I looked for a house with a focus on investment purposes and children’s education, and he recommended a place that suited my case among several areas in the GTA. Even when going to see a house, he carefully checked details that the general public cannot easily understand and gave us a lot of information to help us make a better decision at the final decision stage. Also, when putting in an offer to purchase a house, I saw them contacting me frequently to make adjustments so that the transaction could be made at the best possible price. Since I live about 2 hours away from Toronto, I had a bit of trouble going around to look at houses, but they tried to show me as many places as possible when I visited Toronto, so I was able to compare various houses and choose the one that was more suitable for me. I would like to thank realtor Jason Hong for helping me purchase such a nice house this time, and I think he is a realtor I can recommend to my friends. thank you"

"Jason is so initiative and reliable. Id work with him again in a hearbeat:)"

"“WE CAN PROUDLY SAY THAT HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, AND EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS!” Anyone can say that they will deliver “above and beyond, exceeding expectations,” but Jason has kept his word from day one. We couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent to represent us. He was extremely patient, answered every question that we had, and always kept us in the loop. He is very hard working and detailed oriented. It was evident that he puts his clients first. As first home buyers, it was intimidating being in the market, but Jason guided us through everything and made every interaction smooth. He fought hard for our deal and made sure we were within our budget. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest, trustworthy and professional real estate agent, Jason is your go to person. We will definitely be referring him to all of our friends and family."

"“I CAN ATTEST THAT THE DEPTH AND BREADTH OF JASON’S KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IS SECOND TO NONE. " I can attest that the depth and breadth of Jason’s knowledge and experience is second to none, something that I truly appreciated in current unpredictable real estate market. Thank you again Jason and the team!!"
