During the sale of our home, a buyer put in an offer then tried to escape the agreement using absurd reasoning from the status certificate. At this moment Jason was quick to speak to my neighbours and property management regarding the rule and found out it was never strictly enforced. He relayed this information to the buyer but they still canceled the agreement on us. Jason did his absolute best to save the deal. Fortunately, the day after we secured another deal and set a flexible closing date. The purchase of our new home was a lot more challenging than expected.
